Airmasters Model Airplane Club invites you to attend our annual Spring Fly-In. This event will be on April 19, 2008 from 9:00am - 4:00pm and will be held at our flying field. Our field is located north of Albany and east of Leesburg, GA on Hwy 32. It's just east of the Lee County Public Works Dept., at the intersection of Mossy Dell Rd. & Hwy. 32.

A portion of the proceeds from this fun fly event will benefit Liberty
House. Liberty House is a local organization serving women and their
children who are victims of domestic violence. They provide secure
emergency shelter, support and counseling, and job training to the victims.
Unfortunately, the number of domestic violence calls in our area is high and
the end result can be a murder call.

We'll be raffling items throughout the day. We have several great items to
be raffled including a couple of planes and a "Big Ticket Item" that will be
raffled at 3:00pm. Also, the first 30 pilots to register will receive a
"Goody Bag" with an assortment of items. The pilot registration fee will be
$10. A current AMA license is required to fly and there will be a "Radio
Impound".

As always, we'll have coffee and doughnuts in the morning, hamburgers and
hot dogs plus the trimmings beginning mid morning and soft drinks and water
all day.

I have attached a copy of the flier that we have prepared. There should be
a map at the bottom of the flyer. Please pass this invitation along to your
club members and friends. There is never a charge for spectators.

If I can provide any additional information, please do not hesitate to
contact me. You can learn more about Airmasters Model Airplane Club on our
website - www.geocities.com/clubamac222. Come out and have a fun filled day
flying with us.
